The last month has been pretty crazy. I’ve taken massive steps in making photography my career, really risky steps! I have no other source of income now… pretty scary!

But! It’s going well. I’ve had several shoots for magazines, I’ve shot my first wedding, I have portrait sessions booked in and I’ve even shot real estate for a private seller.

The first freelance job I did for a magazine (before I took the leap & went full time) has been released this month. It’s a 4 page article in ‘Classic Motorcycle Mechanics’ magazine. Simple enough stuff but still great to see my work in print.

Here’s a behind the scenes shot from a shoot I did a couple of months ago for Classic Motorcycle Mechanics. The feature on a project Honda VFR can be seen in the upcoming issue released in a few days :-)
This was my first freelance job for a magazine, I was incredibly nervous but had an awesome time and I was happy with the shots I came away with. The mechanic seen here used to be a mechanic for Mclaren F1 team which is cool as f@ck!
